DrawWake is a morning alarm you stop by drawing a picture. If you need help, feel free to contact us.
Q. My alarm doesn't ring. Check that notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings > Notifications > DrawWake. If you use the silent switch or Focus mode, keeping the app open overnight makes the alarm most reliable.
Q. My posted drawing disappeared. On the free plan, post images on the server are automatically deleted after about 20 days (Premium keeps them indefinitely). Drawings in the gallery on your iPhone are never deleted.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription? Go to iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > DrawWake, and cancel anytime.
Q. How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account. This removes all your data from the server.
Tap the "…" menu on any post or comment to report it. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours in principle. You can also block users.
